For Australia customer you will see 2 different shipping options via check out:

For New Zealand customer there is only 1 shipping option:

New Zealand

Regular est. 4-9 days. (There will be slight delay due to the current situation)

Usually all orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within approximately 1-3 business days.​​​​​​ Excluded public holiday. 

  • Under the coronavirus outbreak, our distribution center is fully operational delivery is still to be expected around 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped you will be updated with a tracking number. To keep our customer informed we've taken great care to provide an environment which is as safe as possible for pick and pack, good preparation and for our team, we've taken extra steps to clean and sanitise our distribution location and office more frequently.

  • Due to the outbreak, our "Out-Of-Stock" sizes will have a longer delay in restocking. Our current inventory can be dispatched on the same day directly from our Knoxfield distribution location.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is simply to follow. If you change your mind? All full price items you purchased from us online can be returned for refund, less original postage cost.

* Original postage cost is the actual postage usage to ship your parcel out. It could range from $8-$20 depending on the parcel weight and location and courier.

All discounted over 50% products are final sale and non-refundable.

 

However, 10-40% off discounted products we are happy to help you in exchanging to a different size ( consider we have it in stock for exchange). Please include a self-addressed post satchel together with your return.
