Usually all orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within approximately 1-3 business days.​​​​​​

All products currently listed on our website are instock items that are ready to be dispatched immediately. 
The only back-order range is the shaping corselete range which require 3 weeks for the delivery, and any exchanging will occurs a $18 shipping charge.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy is simply to follow. If you change your mind or wish to return for a different size or style? You can simply drop it to us at Knoxfield VIC 3180, or mail it to us for a store credit.  Within 30 days.

Return and obtain a store credit:
Return items with original tag and packaging, item must not been worn, must not been washed or used in anyway, must not have odour or deodorant perfume or powder or hair, with hygiene sticker if comes with. We care for our customer health and hygienic and to comply with Australia hygienic laws and regulations, all return is required to meet these standard to be accepted.

Drop off at Knoxfield VIC 3180:
Give us a call to arrange the drop off to obtain a store credit, or to organise a swap of size or style.

Shipping rate and Free shipping:
*Original postage cost is the actual postage usage to ship your parcel by a 3rd party. It could range from $9-$25 depending on the parcel weight, method of sending (regular or express) and location and courier. Our shipping rate is discounted by us inorder to help our customers to ease off shipping burden. Free shipping applied only if you purchase and keep those stock worth of $100 or more.
